At CUPE, we know that all workers deserve the same thing: a healthy and safe workplace, good working conditions, decent pay and a dignfied retirement.
in this sense, we are one.
but we also know that divisions persist in our society. these are oppressions that keep us from uniting in common cause to make a better world for all – racism, sexism, etc….
that’s why we talk about CBI. it leads to understanding of what our world is actually, and what we can do to change things, for the better…
